Founder’s Message

Hi everyone!

It is that time of year when the planning for our 2024 Evening of Hope is in full swing. We have been super busy endeavoring to make it a memorable evening, and we hope you will be able to join us. Please take a look at the details below on how to reserve your place.

I am happy to report that our survivor support group is growing and strong! I have been receiving amazing feedback from the group members about healing, hope, and feeling less aloneβ€”all the things that make a support group amazing. Special thanks to Anne McQuaid, who has been facilitating this group since November 2022 and continues to provide such a safe space for survivors.

We are pleased to open the registration for this year’s Evening of Hope event. Join us for a wonderful evening with good food, fellowship, fun, and inspiration.

Virtual Support Group

Courageous Survivors offers a virtual support group for female survivors of sexual trauma. It is Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00 pm.

We would love to start a group for male survivors of sexual trauma. If you know of anyone that might be interested, please let me know.

Our group, led by a licensed therapist, currently has openings. If you or someone you know could benefit from this group, we encourage you to visit our website or contact Janet at janet@courageoussurvivors.org as soon as possible.

There is healing in knowing you aren’t alone.
